Overdraft Facility

In principle, the minimum amount is EUR 125,000. The term is essentially unlimited but in certain cases there may be a fixed expiry date. The payment of the sums drawn down is completely flexible. Interest is based on a variable rate and generally debited every three months. 

The overdraft is a cash facility that responds to permanent short-term working capital requirements. The bank authorises a company to have a debit balance on its current account. This liquidity reserve is available at all time.

Fixed advance

The Fixed Advance is lending in a given amount and for a fixed period for consolidating cash requirements. Credit is generally granted as part of a line of Fixed Advances.

In principle, the minimum amount is EUR 125,000 for short-term advances.
The duration is 12 months or less for short-term advances.
The principal and interest for the Fixed Advance are debited from the account on one single occasion.
