Ignore any e-mail or SMS which contains these kinds of links (phishing/smishing), and contact us.
We will never ask you to reveal your ID My ING by e-mail or telephone
This information is personal and confidential and should never be revealed. This includes when you are in contact with us by e-mail or telephone, as in order to help you, we do not need access to them.
Get into good habits: Only enter your login information on the official My ING or mobile app authentication page, and never specify them by e-mail or telephone – even to ING.
Ignore any request to reveal your login information which may cite various apparent reasons such as a technical problem or another urgent problem regarding your online account or service, and contact us.
We will never ask you for your card data or PIN code by e-mail or telephone
