SEPA Payments 

With My ING, there is no charge for payments and credit transfers to one of the SEPA countries. They simply have to be the “SEPA Payment” type.

A SEPA payment is a payment or credit transfer with the following characteristics:

In EUR. In which both the accounts held by the originator and the beneficiary are opened in one of the 28 EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom) or in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Andorra, Vatican City State or Switzerland.
Giving an IBAN (International Bank Account Number). With shared costs (also referred to as SHA, standing for ‘shared’).

Any payment meeting these conditions and sent via Electronic Banking tools provided by ING Luxembourg is free of charge.
