Make your purchases in shops but also online from your computer or smartphone in complete security thanks to the 3D Secure function.
Change your PIN whenever you want at an ING Luxembourg ATM or any other ATM that allows you to do so.
The Visa Debit card is equipped with the Contactless function to make your payments easier.

Conversion rates
The rate applicable for foreign currency transactions made with a Visa Debit card, will be the Visa International rate + a 1% margin.

How to order a Visa Debit card?

- Select "cards" as category in your message,
- Indicate that you would like to order a Visa Debit Card.
The card will be sent to your postal adress with a maximum delay of 10 working days.
