Our satisfaction surveys aim at collecting and analysing responses issuing from customer satisfaction surveys. The surveys are carried out for the customers who consent to be contacted or who have pre-existing relationships with ING in order to improve the processes and relationships with our clients. Therefore, participation of these surveys is on a voluntary basis. The data collected from the survey will be reviewed as part of our continuous improvement efforts and to maintain a dialogue with our clients.
