No, we do not finance property in France

If you are a first-time buyer for personal use in the G-D of Luxembourg, you are entitled to a tax credit on registration fees of €30,000 and €60,000 for a couple.

Any property owner, natural or legal person

As long as you are a Luxembourg taxpayer or equivalent, you will be able to deduct from your taxable income the debit interest up to EUR 336 per person in your tax household as well as the “Balance Remaining Due Insurance” premiums linked to this credit.
