ING Luxembourg S.A.'s deposit protection scheme is provided by the Fonds de Garantie des Dépôts Luxembourg ('FGDL', formerly 'AGDL').
The purpose of the FGDL is to compensate eligible depositors, should a member institution fail, within seven working days and up to a maximum of €100,000 (unless otherwise stated) per depositor and per institution, subject to certain conditions and limits.
