What is LuxTrust Mobile? What do I have to do?

LuxTrust Mobile is the mobile version of your LuxTrust Token. It means that your token is available in digital form on your smartphone.
With this mobile version, you can do the same tasks as you can with your physical token.

How do I log in to My ING with LuxTrust Mobile?

Via the mobile app ?

You must use LuxTrust secure technology to log into the My ING app. To do this, you will need to use the following:

- Your User ID

- Your personnal password

- A single-use code displayed on your LuxTrust connection method.

You will then be asked to activate your 4-digit Mobile PIN.

Subsequent logins:

Using your mobile PIN, you can log on easily and completely safely.

Via your web browser ?

Download and install the LuxTrust app on your phone free of charge.

In the days following your order for a LuxTrust certificate, you will receive by telephone a text message with your LuxTrust User ID as well as a password for your first login.

When you receive the text message,

1) Have your phone with the LuxTrust Mobile app and the text message ready, and log into the LuxTrust website.

2) Follow the procedure to activate your certificate.

3) Complete the association of your LuxTrust app from My ING, your phone or PC.

4) Log in to your Online Banking.

Note: make sure you activate your LuxTrust certificate within 60 days of the order, as after this it will automatically become unusable.
