ING Luxembourg receives two prestigious awards: "The employer brand strategy of the year" and the "ICT team of the year"!
ING Luxembourg has had the pleasure to receive not one but two prestigious awards these past few weeks.
On November 26th, ING Luxembourg was awarded the Employer Brand Strategy of the Year Award at the latest edition of the HR One Gala. This award recognizes the excellence of an HR communication strategy for the development of the employer brand.
It’s ING's creativity and innovation in setting up the employer brand that was rewarded. The employer brand is part of an overall strategy to retain employees, capitalize on their talents and strengthen the company's attractiveness.
At the 13th edition of the ICT Awards, ING Luxembourg's Tech department was very pleased to receive the ICT Team of the Year Award.
The Luxembourg ICT Awards aim to promote and spread best practices and healthy competition between professionals in the country. They also aim to recognize the best IT solutions on the market. Professionalism, innovation and ethics are the skills required to be a candidate. In addition, projects submitted must have local involvement.
ING Luxembourg's Tech department submitted their new Corporate Portal 3.0, launched in 2019. This portal is meant to assist ING employees and allow them to benefit easily from all of the bank's tools. This application is on the cutting edge of technology, tooling and the agile way of working.
Both awards are a great success for ING Luxembourg!
