In the event of loss or theft: Block your Visa card

  • Block your card or cards immediately, either:

- Via the MY ING app, go to the Visa account from the list of accounts, then click on the "block" icon in the menu. Then, follow the instructions displayed.

- By telephone, notify ING Luxembourg on +352 49 49 94. Your card will then be blocked, preventing it from being used fraudulently. The service is open 24/7.

  • Report that your card has been lost or stolen at the police station within 24 hours.
  • Send the police report to your relationship manager by fax, letter or by dropping by at the branch.

Your card no longer works? Order a new one

Don’t worry if your card is damaged or no longer goes through. You can easily replace it and order a new one through My ING. Just go to your Visa account, select the active card and choose the “block card” option. You can then select the reason for blocking, in this case “damaged card”.

Your new card(s) will be sent to you by post within 5 to 7 working days. Your old card will automatically be blocked on first use of your new one. The PIN will remain unchanged.

Oops... but it happens to everyone. Don’t worry, call us and we’ll help you. If you have forgotten your PIN, or your card is blocked or not returned, please contact our Contact Center from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, by phone on +352 44 99 1 or by email to contactcenter@ing.lu
