My ING is the online banking solution by ING Luxembourg that enables you to manage your finances quickly, easily, anytime and anywhere, from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
My alerts: Notify me so I can avoid risks
- My pay has arrived... Great!
If you want, you can be notified by text or email as soon as your salary is paid into your account.
- My account is overdrawn... Damn!
Don’t take any risks, one click and you will be notified if your account falls below the balance you have set.
- My payment has been blocked... Phew!
Avoid stress... you can be notified if one of your payments has been blocked.
How can you set up your alerts?
You’re using the My ING application
- If necessary, update your My ING app through your store (App Store or Google Play).
- After logging in, go to “My Alerts” and select the alerts you want to activate.
- Go to “My Alerts” – “Preferences” and tick the box “Enable push notifications.”

Set up automatic transfers for peace of mind
- Make payments and transfers easily, with notification in the event of expenses before all your transfers
- Easily validate transfers to known and saved beneficiaries
- Create your standing orders by clicking the “Standing order” box when you make a new transfer
