Why use Payconiq?
Fast
No need to encode a new beneficiary. With Payconiq, you pay directly your phone contacts, even if you don't know their account number.
Practical
Communicate your bank details? No longer necessary. Simply send a payment request by message (Email, social media, WhatsApp,... depending on your choice). Your contact will only have to click on the link to refund you.
Contactless
You pay contactless in partner stores, even above 50€. Simply scan the QR code displayed at checkout and confirm the transaction on your smartphone.
How do I use the Payconiq feature?
- If you haven't already, download the My ING app. You will need the LuxTrust Mobile app to access it. It's quick and easy !
- In the My ING app, go to the 'Payment' tab and select the 'Payconiq' option.
- You will find all the features:
- 'Scan a QR code' (pay a bill, pay in a store or on a phone of a contact who also has Payconiq)
- 'Request a payment' (by displaying a QR Code yourself or sahring the demand via the share feature of your phone)
- 'Pay phone contact' (by selecting the recipient in your phone contact list)
- 'Scan a QR code' (pay a bill, pay in a store or on a phone of a contact who also has Payconiq)
FAQ
The Payconiq app is integrated directly into My ING. You can find Payconiq by clicking on "Payments" in the menu at the bottom of your screen.
Click on "Payments", then "Payconiq" to find all the features:
- Scan a QR code
- Request a payment
- Pay phone contact
Yes! Just select "pay a contact" and then select the "enter a number" button.
The payment limit via Payconiq is €2,500 per day.
If you hold a Visa credit card issued by ING Luxembourg, you will benefit from the same insurance coverage as your Visa card each time you use ING Payconiq.
