PSD2 for Business : How do I give (no) permission
We will only share your payment details with another company if you give us permission to do so. And don't worry: it won't go unnoticed or by accident. After all, you have to log into My ING before you can do so. And also confirm with your mobile phone. Actually, it works just like a payment order.
These are the steps:
- First you give the company permission.
- Then log in to My ING and specify the account for which you give permission.
- And you confirm that choice with your mobile phone
Only then will another company have access to your payment details. For 180 days. After that, you have to re-link the account via My ING Business. So you see, you don't just give permission. You really have to do something yourself!
And if you don't give permission to another company, nothing will change for you.
What data will be shared if I have given my permission?
Then we'll share your transaction details and your balance. Transaction data includes:
- Your account number
- Your name
- Name of the beneficiary
- Account number of the beneficiary
- Description or payment reference
- Amount and date of the transaction
- First you give the company permission.
- Then log in to My ING and specify the account for which you give permission.
- And you confirm that choice with your mobile phone
Only then will another company have access to your payment details. For 90 days. After that, you have to re-link the account via My ING Business. So you see, you don't just give permission. You really have to do something yourself!
And if you don't give permission to another company, nothing will change for you.
