You can change your PIN code at any ING Luxembourg ATM.
You can pay for your purchases in any store in Europe that is affiliated with the Visa network.
You can use the V PAY card to withdraw cash and make purchases in Europe.
The V PAY card allows you
In the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg:
- to withdraw cash at any time of the day or night from all ING Luxembourg ATMs and from all other ATMs displaying the "Visa" logo.
- to pay for purchases in stores affiliated with the Visa network.
- to change your PIN code at an ING Luxembourg ATM.
In Europe:
- to withdraw cash from all ATMs displaying the "Visa" logo.
- to pay for purchases in stores affiliated with the Visa network.
Convenient
The ING Luxembourg V PAY card gives you access to features that will make your life easier:
- You choose your own PIN code.
- You can check your balance on our ATMs.
- You can deposit money at all the ATMs of ING Luxembourg.
- You yourself set your spending limits.
Conversion rates
The rate applicable for foreign currency transactions made with a V PAY card, will be the Visa International rate + a 1% margin.
