On the one hand, temporarily suspend your LuxTrust certificate by going to your MyLuxTrust space. To do this, you will need your initial codes received when you first ordered the device.

Furthermore, log in to My ING then go to 'My security' > 'Authorized devices' and delete all suspicious devices. If a device appears more than once in the list, please delete all its entries.

To reactivate your certificate later, contact us within business hours.
