3D Secure
This technology aims to cut the fraudulent use of credit cards on the internet. It allows the identity of credit card users to be verified when transactions are made on sites carrying the Visa SECURE logo.
Secured transactions
LuxTrust authentication is required to confirm your payment each time you make an online purchase. You must confirm the payment via LuxTrust using your Token or LuxTrust Mobile. With this additional security measure, 3D Secure verifies that you, the cardholder, are the one making the purchase and that your card is not being used fraudulently.
Activate now for your future transactions
Activate the new 3D Secure service now for each of your credit cards instantaneously in the “My security” section of My ING.
